- Design a web-based UI to be used across multiple employee groups within SRP Water, replacing their existing applications
- Main Tasks and Goals
- Accommodate multiple user groups (Scheduling, Accounting, Distribution, etc) so that they can complete their daily working tasks
- Responsive web-based components, ensure all processes can be easily managed either in office or in the field
- Used Telerik/Kendo Bootstrap themed UI Kit
- Solution
- Worked with multiple groups of users to test and provide feedback on task efficiency and features
- Provided functional prototypes on quick turnarounds to put user’s feedback into a live setting to confirm their feedback
- Spoke to general best practices during large scale user feedback sessions to help end users articulate UI behaviors
